amazing stay in a prime location!
warm welcome spacious room delicious dinner
the staff offered a genuinely warm welcome. the tenth-floor room was spacious and very clean, i was so excited! dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and offered amazing value for money. the bar also impressed me with a great selection of drinks and great service.
the gym required prior authorization and a signed form at the entrance , but this information wasn't provided beforehand.

the room offered a large space, allowing comfortable movement and relaxation. the shower room had good size, ensuring convenience. beds were comfy, guaranteeing restful sleep. the room's cleanliness impressed me a lot.

a decent stay
great location amazing support big rooms flower petals questionable towel poor service
the location is great everything is walkable i could explore restaurants and shopping malls staff support is amazing they helped me whenever i needed anything the room size is good the rooms were big and the washroom gave me more space
the room was ok but it was not thoroughly clean there were plastic flower petals missed when vacuuming was done i found a questionable towel the house keeping team missed many details there was one bath towel in a room for three people and half a toilet roll with no spare

uncomfortable pillows average taste
the location was central , offering easy access to nearby shops.
the room wasn't very clean , i found some stains on the carpet and walls. the pillows were uncomfortable , i had trouble sleeping well. breakfast was okay , it offered a decent selection , but the taste was just average.

friendly receptionist perfect shower helpful staff mirror socket missing desk dangerous spot
The receptionist was super friendly when checking me in. The location is amazing, and the bathroom was nice too. I had a perfect start because of the shower. Staff were very helpful storing my luggage!
There were no sockets near a mirror for drying hair, so annoying! I couldn't find a desk to work from, even if there was room for one. The kettle seemed in a dangerous spot since the sockets were below the drawer.
